Contact the VioFamily team for help with your account, subscriptions, approved content, playback, or family settings.

When contacting support

Include your account email, device type, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send your password or Parent PIN.

Subscriptions

Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play. Use Restore Purchases in VioFamily if an active subscription is not recognized.

Account deletion

Signed-in users can permanently delete their account from Parent Mode under Settings. You can also read our data deletion information.
