1. About VioFamily
VioFamily helps parents create a parent-approved video space for children. Parents choose videos, playlists, or channels, and children watch inside the approved list in Kid Mode.
VioFamily is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. YouTube and Google names, services, videos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Accounts and Parent Responsibility
You are responsible for your account, Parent Mode PIN, child profiles, approved content list, and how your family uses the app. VioFamily is a tool for parents and guardians; it does not replace parental judgment.
3. Approved Content
You are responsible for selecting content that is appropriate for your family and that you have the right to access. VioFamily does not claim ownership of third-party video content.
Video playback and related metadata may depend on YouTube or Google services. Availability, ads, playback behavior, and content changes may be controlled by those services.
4. Subscriptions
VioFamily may offer auto-renewing subscriptions, including Premium Monthly and Premium Annual. Subscription names, prices, free trial availability, and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country, platform, or store.
- On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm purchase.
- On Android, payment is charged through Google Play when you confirm purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings, depending on where you subscribed.
- If a free trial is offered, unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by store policy.
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. VioFamily does not receive or store your full payment card details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse VioFamily, including by attempting to:
- break or bypass account, PIN, subscription, or security controls;
- use the app to access unlawful or harmful content;
- interfere with the app, backend services, or third-party services;
- copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app except where law allows.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of VioFamily. Some features may require an active subscription, internet access, third-party service availability, or supported devices.

8. Apple Standard Terms
If you downloaded VioFamily from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies unless a separate written agreement applies. If you downloaded VioFamily from Google Play, Google Play's applicable terms may also apply.
9. Disclaimer
VioFamily is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every family situation.
